  1. 請把電源綫拔掉 2 - 5 分鐘
  2. 請保證上網解碼器連接在原本電話插口的地方
  3. 請檢查電源是否正確
  4. 請更換上網解碼器與電話插頭上的電話線
  5. 如果有另外一個上網解碼器,請更換是否可以上網
常見問題

1. 不能上網,聯絡技術支援之前什麼可以做?

  1. 請把電源綫拔掉 2 - 5 分鐘
  2. 請保證上網解碼器連接在原本電話插口的地方
  3. Check the modem's DSL light whether solid ON or OFF.
    • IF DSL is ON,you may reset & re-setup your Modem again. [modem guide]
    • IF DSL is OFF/Blinking, CHANGE PhoneWire between Modem & PhoneJack/WallJack or CHANGE Power Bar.
  4. 如果有另外一個上網解碼器,請更換是否可以上網

2. 什麼可以做如果上網解碼器不工作?

  • If TPlink modem
    1. Contact TP-Link Manufacturer Company Hotline: 1866-255-8139
    2. Exchange Modem (free of Charges)
    3. Borrow Modem -$50.00+tax (refurbish) or $80 +tax (Brand New)
  • Others, Contact us

3. 什麼地方可以購買上網解碼器?

You can go to Bestbuy, Canada Computer Store, NCIX ...
(eg. canadacomputers.com, Online Store:(905)479-1506 or 1855-579-1506)

4. 要求派遣技術人員上門維修須知

If Installation within 1 month warranty period
  1. Please provide (Contact# & perfer time).
  2. Customer need provide his contact phone No# and available time in case technician call him.

    Morning: 9am ~ 12pm , Afternoon: 12pm ~ 5pm, Evening: 5pm ~ 9pm, AnyTime


5.Internet not stable

  • To unplug your Modem for 2-5mins.
  • Ensure all connections fine.
  • CHANGE PhoneWire between Modem & PhoneJack/WallJack or Power Bar.
  • You may reset & re-setup your Modem again. [modem guide]
  • Change another DSL Modem to try if you can
  • If internet is still not stable, Contact us at (905)513 3087 or 1877-513-3087.
  • 6. 上網速度慢

  • To unplug your Modem for 2-5mins.

  • Test speed www.speedtest.net

  • 7. 無缐上網速度慢

    Example Case

    When it Connects wireless,Signal frequency is very low, Why?

    Becuase my neighbors around my house used the same frequency channel to emit signal from the wireless modem.

    8. Why does customer need do self testing?

    As we need ensure all connection or devices or inside without any problem, we need do some testing.

    Please go to www.speedtest.net as well as screen shots the speed test in different time,Then email us to follow up.

    10. 上網解碼器亮了紅燈?

    Your modem is broken.Customer need to change.
